» MyJB Account Creation Error
We recently became aware of an issue with our MyJB account creation process. This error would prevent some customers from being able to login to MyJB with the password generated during signup when connecting to an existing account. This problem has now been rectified, and you should be able to create a new password and login. Please note - any passwords generated that did not previously work will need to be re-generated.

» UPDATED: Store Closure 20/11/09
UPDATE: Our air-con is now working again, and the service department is back to normal. Unfortunately, during one of the several power outages experienced today, our air conditioner was damaged. In order to avoid any damage to customers computers, we have postponed any repairs until Saturday 21/11/09. As such, we will be closed from 2:45pm Friday 20/11, and open reduced hours of 9am - 12pm Saturday 21/11.
